World Priest Program - Enhancing the ministry of international priests serving in the United States

World Priest is a program off Saint Meinrad's Institute for Priests and Presbyterates designed to enhance the ministry of priests in dioceses by assisting in the transition of international priests into diocesan ministry in the United States. The program aims to:
  • help international priests develop the skills and confidence needed for effective ministry in a U.S. setting
  • offer opportunities for diioceses and presbyterates to better integrate international priests through cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • assist parishes in welcoming and profiting by the presence of international priests
