About Me

Institute for Priests and Presbyterates: The Institute for Priests and Presbyterates is a program of ongoing formation for priests following ordination and the presbyterates to which they belong. The Institute offers programs designed to help more newly ordained priests transition from seminary to priesthood to their first pastorates. Other programs are designed to assist international priests transition into ministry in the U.S., to offer a mini-sabbatical for priests ordained a number of years, and for priests in their presbyterates to grow in unity with their bishop and among themselves. The Institute also trains older priests to mentor the diocese's more newly ordained priests into healthy and successful pastorates.
